  Heater alarm was activated, I was referred to Infinity by a friend. Called Ken and asked if he could look at the issue, I told him that house had another small heater and if they were busy I could wait a few days, that it was not an emergency, Ken said he would get out to the house ASAP, the next day I received a text letting me know when the service person would arrive. He arrived as indicated and spent about an hour analyzing and repairing the issue. The cost was a bit over $250.00 and I was quite pleased. Communication was very strong and key to my interaction with Infinity. Thank you Ken and the team you now have a customer for life. Joseph

  Ken and Nate were great! Our heat pump wasn't working so I called to see if I could get a quote to get it fixed and they sent someone out the same day I called. Nate was on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was straight forward about the issue and gave me a few different options to address the issue along with the pros and cons of each. He then had Ken send me over a quote for a new system and I got the quote the same day. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend Infinity to anyone needing a service or repair!

  From start to finish, these guys ROCK! Ken and Nate saved me in a pinch a few months ago. I was so impressed with their quality and customer service I purchased a mini-split system for my home. Ken took as much time as needed to answer all my questions. He understood and made great recommendations for the aesthetic feel I want. Austin and Matt are THE BEST! Polite, professional and friendly. Highly recommend Infinity for any home heating/air service or installation you need. Thank you all!!!
