  Craig was so helpful and went the extra mile to clean our daughter’s house ducts thoroughly, neatly, properly containing all the junk that a previous duct cleaning company could not get out of the ducts. He was professional, efficient, and so compassionate toward our plight due to the mess that the previous company had left. We will never use another duct cleaning company again—only Indoor Technologies—we’ve learned our lesson!

  The worst job ever! Had ducts cleaned have had more dust than ever. Call to have come look at no response. His comment was he’s been doing this for 25 years never a problem, so why didn’t he return my call or even come and look at it.
