  We had this company come and replace our indoor HVAC unit due to the old one having a leak. They worked on the outdoor unit as well, and now my outdoor unit will not stay on. They said that they will come and look at it for $130 for the first 30 minutes and then it's $70 for every hour after that. It's ridiculous! I haven't had to use the A.C. unit, and now that there is an issue, they won't even come and look at it without charging a fee. Trust all of the reviews before calling this company... I wish I did.

  Our builder contracted Indoor Air to install the HVAC system for our new home. The duct work was a sloppy spaghetti maze, the HVAC system was too small for our size house, and the AC system was very noisy and had to be replaced 13 months after we purchased our home. I would rate the company a zero if that was an option.

  I had a home built two years ago which included two HVAC systems installed by Indoor Air Systems. The downstairs unit failed after the first couple months and the upstairs unit followed 18 months later. When I called them for assistance, they informed me that they "couldn't send anyone out for weeks". I contacted another company to troubleshoot the unit and they determined that there was a problem with the compressor and it appeared to be prematurely failing. He recommended that I contacted whoever installed it because he suspected that is was due to an improper installation. Once I confronted Indoor Air Systems, they argued the fact and informed me that they don't perform maintenance calls. It was like I was never their customer and they had no ownership for the $15k of failing equipment that they installed.
