  Got an appointment same day. Communication was courteous, timely, and professional. They were flexible when timing didn’t work out last minute and our technician Felix was awesome. So kind and he should us exactly what was wrong and did a thorough job. Value was excellent as well. 100% using them again and asking for Felix.

  We lost power and heat due to a mini snow storm here in Northern Virginia. One phone call and not only did I get a person on the phone, but she was so kind and helpful! She setup an emergency call for me and the technician within the HOUR!!! He was the BEST! He reassured me, explained everything and fix the heat. He also advised that I get a new thermostat, which I will do!!! American Standard for the people! Thank you so much for bringing heat to our home, my boys and I truly appreciate your top quality service and care!!!

  The whole experience working with IAQ Medics was great, from booking the appointment, to the communication about arrival, to the technician (Felix) being right on time and very professional. They fixed a gas fireplace for us. 5 stars. I will definitely use them again in the future!
