It's so nice and refreshing to see a company that really stands behind its product! The service center in Watertown was absolutely amazing. I had an idle free system installed new from Volvo Factory at the mod Center. However there were problems from the factory install. These guys here at idle-free systems in Watertown went ahead and warrantied somebody else's screw up (Fontaine mod center) and made it right for me! They went beyond the Call of Duty. Kudos to Terry who spent the most time with repairs on my truck but also Steve and Mike who had their hands involved to make this right. This is my third idle-free system I just love the product and the service!
