  The first time I got a quote just to replace my 20 year old furnace. They showed up early, were knowledgeable and the quote was competitive. The install of my furnace was perfect. This year I had them install a new AC unit (just in time for our scorching summer). The install was great, they were easy to work with and I’m a very happy customer

  I asked for recommendations for an HVAC company to give me a quote for central AC that has financing options via a local neighborhood Facebook group. This company was recommended to me several times so I messaged one of the owners who was tagged in the post (Adrienne) to set up a quote. I asked if they had financing options and she said yes. The tech that came out was on time and friendly. (The only reason I gave two stars instead of one…) He told me that Adrienne would be in touch with me to give me a quote later that day. I received a quote via email in a timely manner and asked what the financing options would look like for that quote minutes after. I received no reply. I also sent a message via Facebook. She left me on read. I never heard back and have yet to hear back. This was months ago. So I’ll be going with Sky Heating and Cooling.

I can resend that link to view the financing options if you’d like again. Shoot me a message to the BUSINESS Facebook page if you’d like me to do that. Not my personal; those often get flooded out with personal life matters. Otherwise, the folks at Sky’s are great as well!

  Ideal heating and cooling is by far the BEST heating and cooling company! I'm not exaggerating I dealt with alot of companies when trying to get bids for our 130 yr old farmhouse. The original heat was oil, so we wanted to switch to electric, and add ducting to the upstairs, everyone that came out said the ducting upstairs was going to be a issue, and that moving the old furnace was going to be a problem, so their bids reflected that, every bid we got was waaaaay over our budget. Bobby from ideal temp came out and said everything should be fine and we shouldnt have any issues moving anything, he calmed our nerves and assured us everything should go fine! Which it did, he always came to do stuff on time when he said he would!! which come to find out is really hard when companies dont show up when they say they will!! Him and his helpers we're professional, and he walked us threw everything he did, it all looks beautiful! We WON'T be using any other company for any future heating and cooling needs! Thank you Bobby!!
