  I used this company twice. (I know I should have learned the first time but I believe in second chances.) The first time they replaced the capacitor in the furnace and said everything was working properly. It wasn't. When I asked for them to return to take a second look I got no response. I ended up having to replace the motor in the furnace due to shorted windings. Fast forward 12 years I have problems again. I had them out and they replaced the thermostat and said they tested the air flow and temps and said it was fine. It wasn't. They did not call me to discuss anything and only spoke with my tenant when I specifically asked them to only communicate directly with me since I am the home owner. When I told them it wasn't working still and didn't want to pay a bill for things they did not do the only response I got was a threat to be sent to collections. Turns out the heat pump is completely locked up and the coils were so dirty there wasn't any heat getting through. There is no possible way they could have done the tests they claimed they did and have them pass. I will never use them again and I would urge anyone else to think twice before hiring them.

  We had a heat pump installed 4 years ago and love it. Installation was quick and painless they even cleaned up the mess behind them. I was worried about getting my ductwork cleaned so Rodger even added that to the installation at no charge! The guys are great! The only thing is that he said that the office would call me when it was time to service the heat pump but we've never been called in the 4 years of having it installed??
