  Jeremy did an awesome job. He was personable and respectful of my home (wore a mask and boot coverings.) He took the time to educate me on the basics about how to maintenance my furnace and made it easy for me to understand. He was straightforward and you could tell that he really enjoys the work that he does and making sure the customer has a satisfactory experience. Scheduling with the company was easy and effortless. I would absolutely recommend Iceberg and Jeremy to anyone needing help with the hvac in their home!

  Jeremy was our technician and arrived within the expected time. He is a great down to earth guy and a knowledgeable professional. He was very informative in explaining to me what he was doing and why. He was upfront about the costs and offered a way to save some money. After the repair he stayed around for a bit to make sure everything was functioning properly.

  I called them at 4 a.m., and they got me an appointment within hours. The technician, James Richter arrived on time, and they notified me prior to his arrival, and sent a text message with a picture of the technician. The technician came fully prepared, put booties on his feet, and wore a mask, he had everything needed and was very professional at all times! He went through the repair in detail, and gave me an itinerary on the upcoming maintenance needed. He stayed and made sure that the furnace was working properly, and supplied me with his business card prior to leaving. Everything went so smoothly, and I will always use them now! I had two other companies come out a couple of years ago, and they failed in comparison. Thank you!
