  My husband and I would like to express our deep appreciation for a job well done. Your technician, Justin, was very professional and did an excellent job. We had been having problems with our new furnace since another local company installed it. The company that installed our furnace was not able to figure out why our furnace kept shutting off and losing heat. Finally, we decided to call Bush heating and cooling. Justin was able to troubleshoot and found the problem quite quickly. Our furnace has not shut off at all and is keeping heat every since Justin fixed the problem. We will be using and recommending Bush heating and cooling from now on. Thank you again!

It's hard to believe that after a few years of several trips & attempts to fix their own, brand new equipment, that you had to reach out to another company who found the answer to the problem on the first trip.   Our AC went out during the weekend on one of the hottest and most humid days of August. We called Bush Heating and Air Conditioning on a Sunday morning since I know they offer emergency service on weekends. Justin returned our call immediately and scheduled a visit later that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Best of all, I never feel taken advantage of or overcharged with Bush. Justin charged a fair price for the emergency service and was so enjoyable to deal with. Our equipment is older so this wasn't the first time we used them, and I'm very comfortable having Bush replace our AC unit in a few weeks, so I don't have to keep making emergency calls. Highly recommended!

  I contacted this company and a few other HVAC companies based in Monroe to get a quote on a new AC and furnace for my home. I was sold when they actually took the time to come out, take a look at my current system, explained my options, and had a neatly typed and detailed proposal for me the next day. I went with Bush Heating & Cooling and they completed the work in 2 days, and the professionalism and pride they take in their work really shows through the quality of the systems they install. They didn't try to up sell any additional items that I didn't need and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted to add on. The prices are fair & honest for the quality of work they do. I am convinced there is no other HVAC company in Monroe that can match this level of knowledge and quality. Give them a call for any of your HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed!
