Our heat pump started leaking water at 5 PM with 97 degree heat forecasted for the next day. I called a half dozen different 24 hour companies and I J was the first to respond. The tech fixed the problem, showed me how to fix the problem if it happens again, and was overall very polite and understanding considering he was probably putting in overtime. I'll definitely be calling them back.

IJ Tech installed an HVAC system for our newly purchased house, it required an entire system including duct work, a new furnace, and new air conditioner. They were quick to give a quote and schedule the project. Their quote was very reasonable and they did an amazing job. They finished the entire project within the promised time and had great communication throughout the entire process. They even went a step further to get the gas lines hooked up by the gas company for us. I highly recommend IJ Tech for any HVAC project!

IJ Tech is top notch. My latest experience was awesome (just like the many times before). On the phone Becky was pleasant, listened, provided options with details and acted as a trusted adviser to help me determine next steps to address my oil furnace situation. Shawn, technician, was excellent. He arrived on time, listened, assessed the situation and explained it in terms I could understand. The crew that was sent to our home was timely, polite, and after running into a couple hiccups (neither of which was created by them) proved to be very professional and completely competent. VERY unprofessional. Showed up without masks, and for some reason would not keep their masks pulled up at all times in our home. It is not a hard thing to do. In fact, it is selfish and ignorant not to during a PANDEMIC. Also tracked mud all through our apartment's carpet. Hopefully we can get it cleaned. At one point they were using a blow torch which set off our smoke detector, terrifying our cats. They could have warned us, maybe open a window, use a fan? If you value your health, prefer clean carpets, and have pets, I would advise staying far away from this company. It's unfortunate that we had no choice since our apartment's management are the ones contracting with them.

I called last night in Black Friday was on the phone for over 2.5 hours trying to find someone to come out because the boiler was not working and the house was super cold. They said they would come out at 730am the next day and that was awesome even with their overtime rate it was reasonable compared to others I had called   I for for the name of the tech but he called me I explained what was wrong he stated he would be out in the morning. He called me today 30min prior to confirm that he would still be coming which was awesome to give ample time to get ready for his arrival. He fixed a corroded wire and got the sensor working and heat in the home and hot water!! The total was only 167!! On the weekend and for what he had done. They do charge from the moment they leave their facility but it was so close to our home it wasn’t an issue! I would recommend again and again.  He kept in contact with me via text as the house is rented so I was helping my father out who is the owner. Awesome awesome with communication, pricing and prompt service!!

I J Tech installed a new heating and air conditioning unit in one day. Excellent work, their employees were very professional, cleaned up my property inside and out.  They were respectful of me. The unit  is operating great and hope to enjoy it for a long time...

Please do not *ever hesitate* to call upon this amazing company. I feel like I am their biggest fan for the amount of times they came through for me with jobs executed with excellence and pure professionalism. Shout out to Jake Quaker coming to the rescue on late Friday heating call! He was showed up promptly and was professional, kind, knowledgeable, confident and *quickly*  fixed the issue.
