  Avoid this company!!!!!!. He came out to look at my air condition unit and completed render it unrepairable. Charles stated he could longer get parts for my unit because it has been discontinued. When I ask what is going to do he stated "I WILL KEEP LOOKING IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN OVER NIGHT". I asked what time frame before he purchase me a new unit. He stated "there is no time frame and he may never find one". Charles said I would just be without air until he can come across a unit sitting in a warehouse. My air conditioner was working until he came out and now it will not even come one. I would not recommend this fly by night company to anyone!
