  Well, I really hate this. They put in a furnace for me at my rental. So when my furnace was making a awful noise. I called Hybrid Heating several days for a week. Won't call them again and will tell others. Just a reply saying that they couldn't help me would have been professional thing to do.

  Hybrid replaced our furnace, it is still under warranty. Over three weeks ago they came because the furnace quit working & they inspected the furnace & stated they needed to order parts for the furnace. They have never called us back & we have contacted them repeatedly andd left messages and they won't even return our calls.

  We had an emergent gas leak that caused heat to be shut down in our building. Doug was on it ... making a personal assessment after-hours and then returning the next morning with his team to expedite the repair. Got us back up and running with little to no interruption. Thoughtful and conscientious in their work.
