  Hunter came out to fix a problem another company that was assigned through 2-10 warranty created. He quickly identified that wrong parts were installed that could have caused a fire in my attic. The previous company also said I need a part replaced that they didnt fix because 210 wouldn't cover it so I was forced to find a company and pay out of pocket. Hunter could have taken advantage like the other company did and replace a part that didn't need it and charge me but he was beyond transparent and honest. I am so thankful for him. He even walked me through how that part of the system works so I would be better educated if something like that happened again. Being a military family we move often and he gave me one more piece of knowledge for the future. People of strong moral character who also uphold golden ethical practices are not a dime a dozen. Thanks Hunter. You're one of the good ones.

  This company has been assigned to me through my home warranty company. And I am so glad that I got them. They have been great to work with. The technician Mr. Hunter really knows what he is doing. He is professional and respectful. He well diagnosed my problems and made the remedies to rectify the problems. My systems are old and will need replacement. While I await replacement and for them to install the new ac units, Mr. Hunter re-charged one of our units at a reasonable price. He also wired together another unit so that we could get some relief from the heat in our basement. Hugh's Heating and Air will be installing the new units, and I expect nothing but great service from them with the installation. Now, the officer manager, Ms. Krista. Oh, my. She is the best! She is so pleasant, nice and professional. And she really knows what she is doing, especially with working with home warranty companies. She has provided me so much good and great information about AC units. I really appreciate all that she has done for me and my family. She has gone above and beyond. Thank you, Ms. Krista! I highly recommend Hugh's Heating and Air.
