We had our new Bryant Evolution with Smart thermostat installed in 2018.
They did a very professional installation of the furnace and AC unit. We didn't realize how inefficient and undersized our old system was. It did make a big difference in comfort, as well as our heating and ac bill. I would recommend Hoveln heating and cooling.We also have an annual service agreement with them to maintain our furnace and AC unit both spring and fall, the technicians are very courteous and professional....Tim

Excellent Experience with this 2nd Generation Family Business!  My geo-thermal Furnace failed on a cold winter day as a result of a power surge.  Hoveln responded almost immediately and did a thorough job isolating the point of failure and my options for repair or replacement.  I opted for a full replacement of the mechanical components and crossed my fingers that "supply chain issues" and other COVID issues would not leave me in the cold.  No worries.  Their entire staff of diagnostic technicians and installers (one installer is 3rd generation family/owner) are professional, courteous and thoughtful.  Office staff are great communicators - emails are answered right away and the phone is answered by real people (most often by an owner of the company) who were always able to give me a solid answer and effectively address my concern.  The pride and professionalism of this firm is on display in every aspect of their operation; from the cleanliness of their shop and grounds in Thomasboro to the condition of their vehicles (they will NOT leak oil on your driveway), to the care they take to protect your floors from damage when moving heavy and  awkward equipment during the install.  Throughout my experience they delivered on every commitment they made and I believe I received a good value for my money.  It is a pleasure to endorse this organization and to salute their integrity and professionalism.

We have two hydro furnace units which Hoveln installed about a decade ago. The units have proven reliable and low maintenance.  Our most recent contact with Hoveln was for annual inspection and cleaning.  The technician arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. He obviously knew what he was doing and completed the task effectively.   He was courteous to us and explained clearly what had been done.   What isn't to like about all of that?

The people there are amazing and a pleasure to work with, the workmanship is perfect, they are always on time, and the pricing is very reasonable. I have used Hoveln for seven years and never been disappointed. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me seven years ago, and I have not had any issues with either one.
