  I have used this company several times over the past 20 years. Always responsive, professional, honest, even on short notice (because the furnace never dies when it's warm and pleasant, right?). Last night my furnace was out when I got home, called and someone was out that morning to repair it. Thankful I can count on Houston's.

  Repairman very professional, friendly, and courteous. Problem not totally fixed, since furnace decided to run like it should without problem while repairman was here. Furnace has a acted up a couple of times since, but shut off power for a few minutes, furnace reset itself and them runs fine for most of the.

  We paid them $500 in total and this company never did fix our furnace. They came out a few times to tinker around with stuff, claim it was fixed, would leave, and the heater would shut off again. They had their money and quit returning our calls telling them that it was still not fixed. Will never trust them again. They left us in a bad place this winter with no funds to hire anyone else. We heated our house with electric heaters all winter.
