  I used him last summer with no problems. This winter my furnace quit turning off and was over heat my circuit breaker, so I called him. He came out and said he had to order a part. Didn't hear from him until I had to call him because my AC wasn't working. He said he had the ordered part (from winter) but didn't know where, but would be out to look at the AC unit. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!!! He never came, never returned any calls, ghosted me. I will never use his services again!

  Mike is always quick to return my call and always quick to come out and recharge my ac. It needs replaced and he has recommended it but he has always got it serviced for me
