    I have had a horrible experience with Houston Air Comfort beginning on 03/30/22 after I reported to center point that my ac/heat unit stopped working. One of the salesman’s from Houston Air Comfort came to my home after their technician was here. They told me that the unit that was in the attic was bad and recommended the whole ac unit, ventilation vents,etc be replaced as it could certainly cause fire and even showed me pictures of a unit they said also have mold The salesman provide me with loan information. I applied and qualify. Installation was 03/30 but was not completed. I put a note on the their paperwork saying that the job and refuse to sign it. I called the company on the 31st . Secretary send message to installion crew. No answer Called on 04/04 . Secretary said she send a message to installation crew. Called 4/6 . Secretary left me on hold for 20 min and hang up the phone. Called back I complained to her but she got a horrible attitude 😒 and send the wrong massage to the installation crew I told her that was the wrong massage and she told me "now you are changing your version" . Text Joe my salesman and he is also the company manager explained everything and he said he will get it check out with the owner On 04/07 The company send another company ,ROYAL ac, to inspect and verify what was missing. Took a picture of the contract and he said don't worry I will put a comment about everything that was missing to complete the job. On 04/12 I text joe and called also the company. Joe said he will get back to me. Secretary said she will leave a message to the installation crew. I text joe and called the company on 04 /15 to asked for updates. Joe hasn't answered. Company AGIAN left a message to the installation department. Also 04/15 I found out the company requested and submitted for payment to the loan company on 04/08. I have to filled a claim with the loan company because it wasn't true that the job was complete Today 04/15 I filled a claim with the loan company to get the money back or the job complete This has being the WORST experience. I have ever had with any company. Between all the other issues I'm getting with the AC breaker. Which they put the ac unit together with the water heater. They removed the original breaker

That helped me today However, I have had a horrible experience with Houston Air Comfort beginning on 2/2/21 after I reported to American Home Shield that my ac/heat unit stopped working. One of the salesman’s from Houston Air Comfort came to my home after their technician was here. They told me my heat strip was bad and recommended the whole unit be replaced as it could certainly cause a fire and even showed me pictures of a unit they said had caused a recent fire. Of course that really concerned me and the salesman from Houston Air Comfort kept reassuring me AHS would cover it. I had to split the payment between my credit card and my savings to pay for it that night so they could begin first thing the next morning. I kept thinking I can’t risk a fire! They had even offered to work through the night to get the job done! That should have been a Red Flag to me as the pressure to get it done was overwhelming for me! American Home Shield told me later on 2/2/21 when I tried to verify it with them that they never gave authorization for Houston Air Comfort to replace the whole unit! I have repeatedly made calls to both parties trying to get this resolved. I feel as an elderly person, I was definitely taken advantage of. I am still waiting for this to be resolved.     So glad to see that Josh came to take care of the service. I am sorry to hear that you feel like you were mislead regarding information from your home warranty and what was done. You get a dollar amount credited for being a home warranty customer and we as a vendor partnered with them try to apply all discounts towards the purchase of any new equipment. I will definitely have the office call you to answer any questions and put your mind to rest as to what else you feel was left out. We appreciate the feed back and will work on our communication with our customer base across the board.

    When speaking to lady o forgot her name but not her great customer service. She asked good questions to understand my ac issue while being professional and polite. The arrival time quoted was 9a-1p. The technician called 30 min before arrival. He resolved my issue, told me what was the problem and did a quick check of my unit and explained how air flows & suggested I get a newer unit. He provided a few options on how to purchase. Overall great customer service
