  We have a number of minor concerns under our kitchen sink. We used our home warranty program to get a plumber out and they sent over a technician from Ozark Air. The technician that came to complete our job was timely, very communicative, and friendly. He flushed our pipes to clear the clog and tightened the drips under the sink in about a half hour! Our home warranty program has contracted us with them before and we have always had positive results.

  Ozark sent out Giovanni for my maintenance ticket. Giovanni arrived on time for the scheduled timeframe and was efficient in diagnosing the issue with my garbage disposal and replacing it once he determined it was broken. The install was just as quick. Very fast and professional service. Thanks for the help Giovanni!

  My home warranty company used Ozark this time around when filing a claim. They arrived on schedule and were able to fix the issue I had with my AC unit. I am very pleased with the way they handled my service call. I would highly recommend them! To the person taking away 1 star because "no face covering,' its time you take the red pill. This goes to everyone requiring someone else to wear face coverings. Seriously!
