  When the technician ran late, I received a call ahead of time telling me that this was happening. The technician wore a mask, checked batteries in thermostat and discussed any concerns I had about the system. Then he checked the generator to be sure it would function effectively if we lost power.

  Frank came out, fixed several gas leaks. Came in the time window they said they would. Charged what they said they would charge. Professional demeanor. Not only that, the tech happened to come back while the gas company was doing the check. The tech stuck around during the inspection to make sure everything passed.
