Today's service person was highly responsive & knowledgeable to my heating issues. He was informative regarding my system, the issue, and explained everything he did. He quickly and professionally corrected the problem. I was very impressed with this worker and with the excellent service he provided. I can not Express how much I appreciate this tech. I recently had interaction with a repair person from a different company. He left me very leery of in-home workers, due to how he treated me, his work performance, and how he left my home. However, your tech did a great job and displayed a pleasant personality. I hope to have the same technician if I need service in the future.

Avoid at all cost! Let me start out by saying I'm one that typically doesn't write reviews. However, I want to ensure either Four Seasons takes accountability of their work or no other person has to deal with the problems that I have endured. I ordered a new furnance as mine was old and I plan to sell my house in the near future. On 3/1/2022, a tech came to my house and identified that the blower motor was going out along with several rust spots. On 3/2/2022, Four Seasons installed the new furnance. The workers damaged the fresh air intake while installing the furnance. They also spilled glue on my floor and the new furnance. Furthermore, they left some substance on the wall and left their work area dirty. Two more techs came out to my residence on 03/03/2022 and 03/04/2022. They believe that the initial installers pulled the fresh air intake out of place. In order to fix it, the dry wall in my ceiling and roof needs to be cut. Four Seasons initial response to me was that it was not their responsibility to fix the dry wall or to repaint. They have sinced opened a claim with customer support. However, every time I speak with someone at Four Seasons I get the "it is above my level" or "I have forwarded it on to management." Coming up on a week after install, I'm left with a furnance that has no fresh air intake and am left with no responses from Customer Service on how they can resolve this. Instead of Four Seasons reaching out to me, I consistently have to reach out to them. I even resorted to messaging the CEO on Facebook, however I did not get a response. I would welcome the communication from uppermanagement to me in order to resolve this issue. I understand mistakes happen, but Four Seasons simply needs to own them and make it right.

Had Four Seasons come out to replace my furnace. The tech that came out was Shawn and explained what we needed. Ordered the furnace and and today it was installed.. The installers Alex Martinez, Juan Avila and Jose Galvan were great. Explained how the thermostat worked, explained how to work it and the furnace. Could not be happier with the product and especially the service. Great guys and extremely polite. They seemed to work efficiently and definitely knew what they were doing and even took the time to answer all my questions. Great job.
