  Excellent service. I called at 4:40 on a Friday evening when my well just ghosted me..no water! Shawn was here to rescue me an hour later..good man! He fixed it in no time, for a very reasonable fee, too. Call Horry!

  Didn't take that long to get a new well. 192 ft. down. Water is great!! ,and no smell.

  This company was contacted to do a job via my insurance company. They never showed up. I contacted them spoke with his wife gave her my service order number and informed her that my agent said their company would be handling my repair.. The wife stated that she didn't get the order and if they would come out I would have to pay out of my pocket. When my insurance company contacted them their excuse was they overlooked the service order. However, even after being contacted about the service order they still failed to show up at my home.

  May I get the address for this call? I work in the office with one other lady and this job doesn’t ring a bell to me and she is not here this week. I would just like to understand what happened. Also, we don’t have a “wife” that works in here so I want to make sure it was our company.
