  After having a problem with my HVAC systems, I called Freedom Air. Their technicians had done previous work on my units only a year before and I was pleased at that time. However, the technician they sent out was not only 2 hours late, he performed no service. Stated it was a "short" in the wiring. I paid him $110.00. The next morning the system was still not working. The next technician was informative and very helpful. He informed me that my units were not working at all, one was simply circulating hot air. The technician from the night before had not looked at the units outside, performed any test, only took my time and my money. Freedom Air promptly cashed my check for $110. Fast forward 3 months and $12000. I have called 4 times to recoup my measly $110...which would come in handy after the $12k expense. But...sigh...no luck. The check that was "in the mail" has never arrived :(
