If i could give Hope a 0 I would. $299. For a standard yearly cleaning is outrageous. They charge for 3 hours of service, but only stay for 11/2. Too greedy for me. I canceled my service with them.

Your dissatisfaction is solely price driven because you decided to unilaterally decide what the price “should” be for an oil burner cleaning, with no basis for this determination. I would love to have a conversation with you so that I may enlighten you as to the costs we incur to provide this service. I’ve been getting oil from Hope Oil for years. It is always a pleasure to speak with Justin. He always gets me my oil quickly and is incredibly pleasant. He is the reason I did not switch oil companies.

We have been using Hope Oil for years. Automatic delivery and monthly payment plan means I never have to think about needing oil or wondering how I’m going to pay the high winter bills. Great local company I am happy to support.
