  I made the switch from wood to propane after 26 years and Jim and his staff made it easy. I was nervous and they were so informative and kind- I love the customer service and the new propane stove is amazing! Thank you for all the return calls and visits to make this just right. Bring on the snow!

  Owner Jim Booth and all Home Town tech’s and staff have been highly skilled, polite and very helpful to any and all our needs. We have a home in Mansfield and also a home on Alexander Lake. Home Town was recommended to us at the lake and we switched our oil service and mechanicals to a service contact with them. We then added propane service as we purchased a gas fireplace, which Home Town expertly installed. We were so impressed with the quality of the work and their service that we changed our propane service in Mansfield to Home Town as well. We had a tight window to have that propane service switched over and Jim and his team were right on top of it! Thank you again to Jim and all at Home Town that made us very happy customers!   Called this morning to have our boiler serviced and was told since I'm not a paying customer they would not service my boiler. They did install it about five years ago, yet I'm not sure how they justify a cleaning or service not a paying customer. Not sure I would recommend this company
