  PERFECTION👍I have been a heating oil and service customer for over 30 years. All aspects of service have always been perfect. Knowledgeable staff, modern equipment and vehicles, always reliable and on time. I needed emergency burner service at midnight on a weekend and they rescued me in less than one hour! And it was fixed in less than 30 minutes! It was 10° and windy that night so we really depend on our heat! Thank you to all Saveway staff for giving me peace of mind you are appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 100%👍

  Saveway's poor customer service reflects an attitude that is disinterested in gaining new customers. I initially tried to set up a propane tank delivery for over two weeks (i.e. several calls and messages) before being called back by the area sales representative. After approving the sales quote, scheduling service and delivery turned into an additional delay of almost four weeks. During that time I contacted the sales rep twice for updates, only to be told that I would be contacted. When I eventually called the main office, they said they left a message for me "two weeks ago" (they did not). Yet, even if they did call and leave a message, why wouldn't they try again? As a result, they told me they could not help me for another two months! For a point of comparison, A-1 Propane was able to schedule the same service two weeks out, and it only took one phone call. Unlike Saveway, they were more than happy to gain a new customer.

  We emailed to stop automatic delivery on march 1 and got a response that they needed to call us. My wife works a lot and she then emailed them to call me. Well we played phone tag for a little while but in the mean time they delivered again. Then we talked to them and they told us that they could give us a 20 cent discount because of our usage. I asked why we haven’t been getting it all along. And was told well we don’t do that. Well I canceled anyways because the price was 50-60 cents higher then most local companies and was told it’s because of automatic delivery. So they charge you 80-100 dollars more because they come automatically???!!!!! It’s more convenient for them to be able to come when they are in the area instead of when I call and they charge me for it ? So needless to say be very careful with them and there prices on automatic deliveries.
