  They installed a furnace and Air conditioning unit for us. I appreciate that they took the time to go over different equipment and pricing options. They were friendly and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up when the job was finished. I felt the price was fair, and they were flexible on payment methods. I also appreciated that they took time to answer any questions that I had about billing and installation.

  I hired Mason and Hometown Comfort when I noticed water accumulating below my furnace one evening. I reached out late that and he was able to schedule me for service the next day! He was knowledgeable and helped solve the problem at an excellent rate. I will call him again in the future - I was very impressed.

  Mason stood by his word when working on my old AC unit. There were some unexpected issues that come up after his initial assessment and he came back two more times to make sure everything was in working order. There was no unnecessary up sale and I was given an option when deciding to make repairs. This interaction was pleasant as well as reasonably priced.
