  Brian came out to quote me a hot water heater replacement and advise me on AC issue. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. However when it came down to the cost of the water heater job I am disgruntled. They refused to itemize the bid. Why? Hiding labor costs? Hiding inflated product cost? I have a competitor bid at over 500 less on the same brand heater. Perhaps not the same unit but they don’t cost that much different between btu. So we even called next morning asking for a break down. Refused us and the lady on the phone wasn’t pleasant about our simple request. I wonder. Why wouldn’t a company be more transparent in their pricing? I can find retail pricing online for every hot water heater on the market. They should know that. So knowing that, why not be honest and give me real pricing? I have had four to five hot water heaters in homes over the last thirty years. This one would probably take about an hour to put in. Simple job. I was quoted 2129.00 dollars. Lol. For a simple 40 gallon natural gas blower exhaust unit. Ruud brand. Retails around 1100 to 1300 So by my calulations they want almost 800 in labor or more!!!!

  Mike, I am so sorry for this I was not aware of you request for a break down. I am not sure on your qoute and the cost. We have a standard set price for certain water heaters, labor, and materials. Not every install is the same. Some need chimney liners per code which adds cost! Also a power vent water heater cost more. We don't hide labor. We have a rate set for what a install shall cost and take.. Every company is different on the prices whether it is the same or not. We warranty 1 year labor and a 6 year parts warranty and registration of the hot water heater and handle all warranty issues. We are a company that has licensed plumbers and hvac employees. Again I apologize for your experience. Also please see the link for the water heater that was in your verbal qoute.   Called to get our A/C repaired at work and Sheena was pleasant and helpful at getting someone scheduled to come out as soon as possible. Brian came got us all fixed and back to working order in no time. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. We joined the comfort care program to make sure we have piece of mind in the future and stay on top of repairs. Thanks for the great service and care.

  Are you kidding me, this company is awesome!!! They literally saved my life, a gas leak and the pipes weren't code and I've lived with it for 31yrs. who knew? My house could have burned down this past Sunday. THANK YOU!!!
