  I have always trusted and loved using Homesense and they continue to go above and beyond in service. Our heating stopped working, and although they couldn't not come out for another day, Chuck called to have us try a few things so we wouldn't have to endure a cold night without heat. This also meant potentially not needing him to come out at all. Although his suggestion worked, we still had him come out to do some maintenance on our unit. If you want trustworthy and honest work, Homesense is the place to go!

  The two guys that came to my house were great! They provided an honest opinion on what did and did not need to be done. They were pleasant and did some some very small things that they did not need to do, but did anyway adding to the already good value. I highly recommend Homesense.

  They were able to fit me in the same day I called to sign up for the HVAC maintenance plan. The technician was professional and very friendly. They also did a good job with text messages, emails and calls to alert me of my appt, my receipt and follow up feedback.
