  Thiele Heating came out the same day I called for service, which I appreciated since I was taking time away from work. He explaned in detail what he found & eased my fear of my furnace ever overheating. He was very professional & wore a mask the entire visit.

  The service was great & fast. Service person as very nice and explained the issue with our furnace. He did not try to sell us any unnecessary parts. Very ethical and trustworthy service. Cost was appropriate for service rendered. I would use them again for service. Also on time and called before arrival.
