Disappointed so far trying to order carpet from HD. Paid over $83 for someone to come out and measure. They did awesome but have ordered two samples of carpet and both time the sample is the wrong one. Called to try and remedy the situation and was told all I could do is order another sample. What makes you think the third time will be different? What makes me think if I actually ordered carpet it would be the right one? This has been a waste of my time and money. Should not have been hard to contact your warehouse and let them know the samples they are sending out are wrong.

Horrible experience trying to order a carpet install. Absolutely apathetic management that literally just stared at me when they told me I could price match Lowe's, which I drove over and did. When I came back I gave them the price match and they just said no, and stared at me offering no reason why. All because I picked out a .99 cent carpet, and the cut off was 1 dollar or above for free install (below one dollar was $4.50 per yard, pushing the price way up.) The carpet was previously $1.05 before they dropped the price, forcing me into hours of wasted time, and having to buy a carpet that was 118% more expensive for the same quality. They don't care about the customer at all, and set up shady deals and policies to force you into buying must more expensive things. They also told me they would price match Lowe's, then when I did, fully refused.

Wow if I could do negative stars for this store I would. My father is a retired Law Enforcement officer and US Navy veteran and is disabled. He and my mother recently had floors installed in their home and the installer completely screwed up the install and the flooring had buckles, lumps and valleys in it due to the poor install. This home depot has been giving my parents the run around for nearly 6 months. They had a separate installer verify that the flooring issue was due to Home Depot's installer. Home Depot originally agreed to send out a POD so that my parent's furniture could be stored for the install and put right back after. Now this store is back to the run around and told my parents they can just move the furniture inside their 2 story house, room to room as the installer progresses -vs- paying for the pod. They estimate about 7-10 working days of tear up and re-install, so the furniture would have to be moved 3 separate times by a 70 year old man. Absolutely horrible customer service. They screwed up and now are doing everything in their power to put the brunt of any corrective resolution on the backs of their customers. This should be simple Home Depot. Get a pod, move the furniture out, tear out YOUR BAD INSTALL, re- install and put the furniture back. But your customer service lady in the store and your assistant manager are about as bright as a 2 watt light bulb and even less helpful. Shame on you. Stand behind what you sell, stand behind your installs and fix your issues. You customers should come first but it is obvious your bookkeeping and bottom dollar are the priority. I guess it will take legal action and a hefty settlement for you to make this right. And yet again, your customer will have to do all the work. Sad...
