Never buy a door from them and have it installed by NH Miller. He measured my opening incorrectly and made me pay $250 to have it cut down unnecessarily. He then proceeded to install it poorly so that it sticks at the bottom. And the board he put up to hide the huge gap above the door (from being cut down unnecessarily) prevented me from using my builder-provided mounting brackets for hurricane shutters. Home Depot, for its part, defended him as “the best there is” and refused to send anybody but him out to my house to look at it. No thanks. I don’t want the same hack that messed it up to come out to defend his work.

I ordered a combination of tile and carpet from home,depot. I was told that around 7-10 days,after paying it would be installed. After day 15 I decided to contact them and was able to schedule delivery and installation. When they showed up with the tile, I noticed that they were messing around in the back of the truck for an extended amount of time. I went out and they had managed to drop the tiles off of the pallet. When they showed up to install the carpet (now 18 days in) they realive tjat the carpet was defective. I was told it would take 3 days to receive the new carpet. After a week went by I called and was told that the carpet wasnt in yet, so I asked for a mamager. I never got to speak to a manager, but about 5 hours later the carpet had amazingly showed up and was ready for install the next day (now at 30 days after paying). 2 days later the store called to see if I was happy and I said I still would like to speak to a manager. The manager called me back ND instead of saying sorry for breaking tiles, delivering bad carpet and delaying the instalation, all I got was "there was a misunderstanding communication". The lack of customer care, poor quality control and amount of complaining it took to get what I had paid for was rediculous. I called corporate, but they only said that they were investigating it. That was 3 weeks ago, if you value customer service then I highly recommend going elsewhere

Overall a good shopping experience however having registers on one side of the store was a big disappointment. Since we parked on the other side of the store
