  After a vast search on Google for the best rated AC installers, I found Brevard Cooling & Heating. Over the past 3 years I have had used friends recommendations and NONE of them passed my eyeball test. I called to get a quote for a new system as I personally felt my 5 year old system that came with the house was too small and was told in Dec by another company the felt my outside unit that 5 years old must have a leak (Eyeball test I guess?) The next day after calling Brevard Cooling & Heating, Eric arrived and what a delight. EXTREMELY knowledgeable. His 30 years experience shows when with his answers. He was able to show me WHY my current system was .5 too small and why it was struggling (Vaulted ceilings, 1900sf has only a 3ton). I had a price in my head and asked for some estimates. No matter what question I had, Eric had the answer of the WHY. I chose the system Eric recommend with a 12 year full warranty, and the price was AMAZING. Here is where it gets interesting. Eric has already received half payment, had me scheduled a week out. He then asked if could look over my current system one more time (looking into the suspect leak in the outside coil). Eric CHARGED the system completely back up, did some other Eric magic, only so I would be comfortable for the next week while awaiting my new install and then he would not let me pay him. He didn't have to even look at it, and he did, WOW. Yesterday was my install. GREAT communication with Derek about his arrival time. Derek explained everything that would happen. Collin was able to into places in my attic no others ever could. Zach is a newer guy on the crew, but he also is extremely knowledgeable and just great human to talk to. I sat the majority of the time in the garage and talked with Derek, watching him orchestrate his crew. He runs a very professional crew, my garage was cleaner than he arrived. I do not ever leave reviews, but this warrants it. Don't waste your time with other AC companies in Brevard, just use Brevard Cooling & Heating!

  Phenomenal service, quality and fast. Will W. and Will M. came out to rescue my home and installed a great full system recommended by Eric C. I am so thankful and highly recommend Brevard Cooling and Heating team!! Clean worksite, they did not sell me “blinker fluid” in fact did more than expected. Look no further. Good job John Arrigo in training a professional, clean and reliable workforce.

  Over the years I have dealt with many AC companies, and Brevard Cooling and Heating are by far the best I have ever seen. The technicians (Gabriel and Zach) arrived on time and immediately explained what they would be doing. They worked from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM nonstop. Once the job was completed, they provided me with a thorough inspection of their work. They also explained how to set our thermostat to change temps at different times through the day. Prior to leaving they cleaned up to ensure the house was as they found it. All I can say is if you need AC work call this company, as I don't think you will find a better one.
