  Keeley, Eric and all the guys there are top notch professionals that did an outstanding job getting us the right unit at the right price. We had a difficult install due to mistakes that were made on the previous install and they even went out of their way to troubleshoot and correct the situation for us- no extra charge. The unit looks good and works great.. Keeley gave us a very nice thank you gift that we love, as well! Highly recommend Home and Commercial Services llc!!

  I have been using Home and Commercial Services for almost a year now. I called them last year because one of the vents in my house was broken and they came same day to fix it for me. Now I use them for thereby annual HVAC maintenance plan. They're always on time and always professional. I think they have super great prices and I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the city for HVAC. If you like family when you use Home and Commercial Services.

  Great company to do business with. They replaced my old heat pump with a new bigger efficiency heat pump. I received a 10 year parts AND labor warranty option that I thought was a great piece of mind for the future. Great prices and great people. I highly recommend Home and Commercial Services!
