Standard is excellent. Darryl, the technician who serviced our units, was professional, thorough, timely and just plain nice! The dispatcher on Saturday was also so nice and efficient -- I was so thankful we were getting same day service and she was great about calling back with an expected time of arrival. I used this company for a plumbing need. The whole experience was very positive – – from my initial phone call, to the plumber (Brad)  coming exactly when they said he would, to him being very professional and Covid conscious, and to him explaining things to me clearly. He completed the job in a relatively short period of time at a fair price.

Standard just installed a garbage disposal for me that I had purchased separately. The service representative told me that it would be $89 service charge plus any required parts. After the job was done, they charged me $380!

Shane did a great job and finished within an hour, but the fees this company charges are OUTRAGEOUS! Take your business elsewhere if looking for transparency and value.

EDIT: At least they offered a discount when they saw this review. +1 star, but I'm still unhappy with their pricing transparency.

I had an issue with a shutoff valve. When I first called Amanda was very responsive and connected me with the plumber, Brad. He came right out and quickly fixed the problem. Brad explained everything he did an advised me on proper maintenance. I had a great experience.
