  Late review. Back in the spring I had Home Comfort come out, (I like to use local when possible), to check a suspicious smell that seemed to come from the vents. They found a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace and recommended I change or replace as soon as possible. After receiving several quotes on the different systems available I went with the High Efficiency model which was the best available for residential use. When the Tech came to install it he graciously answered all of my (dumb) questions about this new type of furnace. Now after using it during the latest cold weather I am extremely happy with the performance as it runs quiet and heats the house quickly. I highly recommend the product AND Home Comfort.

  I found this team of installers to be conscientious, careful, skilled, and diligent. My home is an 1892 farmhouse. It was a difficult project to say the least. These guys respected the history, and went out of their way to accomplice the task with this in mind. They had to stay late on a Friday night, and cancel plans to make sure I had heat before they left. Kudos. Zoe

  Their technicians are nice and professional. But their billing is a disaster. I got sent to collections with no letters and no phone calls, and I was a long time customer who had no idea i had missed a bill, if i did. If I missed a bill, don't I deserve one call?
