Excellent service. Really appreciate that they could come out quickly to repair the furnace. Serviceman was professional and focused on the problem. He was able to repair the furnace quickly. It works better than ever. Thank you Dallas Heating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They confirmed by appoint for 8am the night before (that was nice). I sat in front of my rental from 8-8:20am in my car after rearranging my and my tenants schedules. No one ever showed. I called 3 times and there phone said "the call could not be completed". At 11:30am, I call again. This time I get through. I let them know that no one showed up. At first they don't know why, then they tell me the driver was extremely ill and say they will have to call me back. They tell me that you have to "keep calling" until you get through because there phones don't work all the time. I mention that Home Advisor is prompting me to give feedback on my experience and the woman responds "whatever!". She says he was very ill and she will call me back. She calls me back 45 minutes later and tells me the estimator was at my house at 8:10am. I explained again that I was there from 8:00-8:20 and asked how at first he was "very ill" and now he was there. She got very upset with me and said she didn't want my business. I wonder why I called 3 times while waiting for them, yet they never tried to call me once. If he was there, why didn't he call? Worst customer service ever!!! Total joke. Actually glad they spared me what I would expect to be terrible craftsmanship if it's done with the same amount of care that their service is.

It has been my experience that if your into ..........Stress and DRAMA USE THIS COMPANY. Today I called to find out why the company knowingly waited almost a month between the first appt and the final appt that fixed the issue. The issue was the heat would run constantly 24/7. When we mentioned to their tech that our bill went from $180 to 200+in a month. The tech replied yep it just runs nonstop. We realized then they knew that was the issue when they came the first time. IT CREATED ALOT OF DOUBT at the time. So I called Dallas Heating to tell about our situation and see if maybe there was a reason why Dallas Heating had taken so long to fix the running nonstop issue we were having with the furnace at our business. I was greated by a contemptuous older Lady cutting me off. When I offered an apology for offending her she replied Oh Knock it off. Apologizing after that only brought more verbal nastiness. Then the Statement she has PTSD and that her meanness was my fault. Whoa š² what a Circus to go through. And it continued. As I left my number for the owner of the business to call me for resolution. No call back from the owner. Instead the Lady called my spouse to talk to him about how she was so offended by me and that she was so sorry that I was upset and she said she called him because she didnāt have any other number to try to contact us except the business number. Wow Iāve never had a professional Business behave in that manner let alone call my husband. SO GROSS. WE OBVIOUSLY WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAINā¼ļøAnd will share our story with the people we come into contact with. TRUE STORY. HAPPENED THIS MORNING.
