  Trent just left after taking care diagnosing what I thought might be a costly issue with my pressure switch. When my heat kicked off in January I got an error message on my thermostat indicating the pressure switch was open. I had originally called another company to come take a look, they said I needed a whole new switch that they had to special order and I was ready to pay $500+. I’m so glad I called Hoffman Brothers for a second opinion. Trent came out and after checking levels and putting the system through its paces, calling the manufacturer to double check that everything was in line with my system and the error message was no longer showing, he let me know I was good to go. He recommended at some point getting maintenance done because my unit was really dirty, which was true thanks to my huge dogs and the trees that hang over it. It felt like a genuine suggestion from someone looking out for my best interest, and I asked him to give the unit a deep clean before he left. He’s a super thorough guy and it looks and runs great. I feel much better informed about my system now and for way less $ I got much higher quality service. I’ll be calling Hoffman Bros for all my home repair and maintenance needs going forward.   Henry did a great job. I know plumbers are busy this time of year but they updated me the whole time. Henry came out and made the repair, checked my upstairs bathroom and under the house for any additional leaks. He made easy replacement recommendations, was quick and communicated the issue. Time will tell if the repair holds but I’m confident it will.

  Trent and Mason were excellent, professional, and thorough. Did a complete examination of my 30+ year old furnace, identified the faulty part and reviewed all issues discovered. Gave me a plan of action with quote for repair. More important than all this is that I'd trust these guys all day long. That's the most important quality any serviceman can offer.
