  We had a technician come out to fix our refrigerator back in June. He said we needed new seal. He ordered the part, so he said. We thought maybe a little delay because everything seems to be on back order. Calling every week, someone would say it’s on order. 3 months into this, the tech never ordered our part. In their defense, later the technician admitted to not ordering the part. Now 3 mo later our refrigerator is still not working. Called 3 different repair services and they al have the same diagnosis. Not the seal but the . Fan. They will be out Friday to fix it. Lee Co was great after the tornado and replaced our hot water heater with a tankless heater. Was very pleased with them for that. This other service they have failed. Will not use them any longer. Just be cautious when you hire anyone for a Job.

  I had a home maintenance contract with them. I took the afternoon off to be at home for a plumbling maintenance visit which it took me 6 weeks to get. Their plumber did not show up for the visit. It took 2.5 hours for them to return my call, for them to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment. Of course, nobody actually asked me or told me. They have always been really hard to get on the phone. They have really poor service and I am giving up my contract.

  Called Lee Company for plumber due to sewer blockage. Technician runs a snake, high speed camera down the line charging $275 to says it’s a broken pipe and will need to dig up our yard with an estimated cost in the thousands and doing nothing to repair. Opted for a 2nd opinion through another company who in less than 5 minutes had the blocked pipe open. Called the Lee Company to voice concerns for the poor service received who were unapologetic having no regard just stating they would pass along. Never heard from them again. I DO NOT recommend this Company!!!
