So happy with the service we received from Hobbs!  I called first thing in the morning to tell them we found out our AC was not working properly last night when it was over 90°!  Sleeping was uncomfortable to say the least.  Abby in the office was super helpful and saw the severity of the situation with two more 90° days in the forecast and moved schedules around to get a tech out to us in just a few hours.  Chuck was on time, friendly, and shared his snack with our dog who would not stop following him around!! 10/10 would recommend Hobbs Mechanical.

Hobbs Mechanical installed a gas line conversion for my new stove and later provided maintenance on the gas line to my patio grill. Hobbs Mechanical always provided prompt and professional service regarding my
gas or HVAC problems. Highly recommend.

I had Hobbs Mechanical rip out all of my existing old HVAC. The previous owner added AC to a heat only system. No wonder the house never cooled. Within just a few days I was back up and running. Out with the old and in with the new efficient system. My house is now an igloo and I love it.

Thanks again for trusting us to give you the best option for you and your home. The Emerson sensi touch screen thermostat is one of my favorites to be able to remotely control the temperature. You might void the warranty keeping it set on 68 degrees just kidding enjoy your new Amana system.

I love Hobbs! They are always on time! Very efficient! They have experts in so many different things! Sydney is our Favorite, always has a smile on his face and is so patient when the kids ask questions(me too). If you have a mechanical, electrical, (in our case faulty dryer ground). They will be there for you!

The Hobbs Mechanical team professionally installed our new HVAC system and had to handle a difficult situation with our low attic roof.

Overall our experience was great! We had a few minor hiccups but all was resolved! We replaced our entire inside and outside unit and moved the electrical outside.

Hobbs Mechanical was fast, efficient and honest.  We were called by the office to let us know the tech was on his way.  We were serviced the next day after we called.  The technician was professional and honest.  He didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs on us.  He pointed out the problem, gave a fair price and fixed our A/C unit.  I will definitely refer friends and family members to use Hobbs Mechanical.

I do not recommend. They do not show up and preform the services as promised. Lack of training on thier part cost us a wasted day on getting our system serviced.

*Edit. That is a completely false statement. I would have be happy to pay said fee. I did question it because the diagnosis had already been preformed by your technician the night prior. But was happy to pay it to get the service as promised. What your technician promised us he was going to do and what your office staff told us would actually happen were two totally different things. Thus we had to start all over with finding another service provider. If your technicians are not authorized to promise services they shouldn't convey that to the customer. That is where we feel the lack of training applies. The owner calling asking for me to please remove the review after admitting a mistake was made and not offering a solution only adds to the fact I would stay away from this company. He seems to only care about the review and not the actual customer and/or problem.

We did not preform any services for you as you  refused to pay a diagnostic fee because you said you already diagnosed it. It’s company policy to collect a diagnostic fee before a technician is dispatched. Just curious if we didn’t show up how could there be a lack of training?
Mr. Coleman, I'd like to respond to your edit as well. We have recordings of your phone calls with our company. We have a recording of you refusing to pay the diagnostic because (this is a direct quote from you) "I already diagnosed it." We informed you of our company policy to have our technicians diagnose the system before performing any repairs. I understand you spoke with a technician over the phone the night before, but we do not perform any diagnosis over the phone. Him telling you there are some possibilities is not the same thing as him putting his hands on your unit to see what needs to be done. The fact of the matter is we have never been to your home, therefore we have never rendered any services to you. Have a great day.

We had an after hours emergency with our water heater. We called Hobbs Mechanical on a referral from a friend and they told us that they would come out to help us and explained it would cost extra since they had to get a technician out on their day off.  I was so happy they would come help me and assumed it would be more since I knew they were closed. We ended up needing a new water heater. The technician went with my husband to the LOWE'S to show him the best water heaters to get. He installed it and we haven't had any issues with it since. Since we had such a positive experience we called Hobbs again when our HVAC system went out. The technician suggested we get a new unit but we didn't have the money to buy a new one at the time so he cleaned it out and did a tune up on it to get it running again but warned us that the unit would not last too much longer. It was such a relief to us since it was SO SO HOT! We would definitely hire them again!

I just want to say how amazing this company is, and how helpful Sydney has been through this process with viewing my ducting system. Sydney went above and beyond by answering any questions I had, and making sure everything was in correct order. I highly recommend Hobbs Mechanical and Sydney. Sydney was extremely responsive in regards to calling me back on what was going on, he was on time, and the price was fair! I'd also like to say thank you to the lady I spoke to over the phone with as well. She was extremely helpful in making sure my renters and I were both updated on what was going on with appointments and keeping the commincation between everyone open. Thank you so much!
