  An amazing place to work! I have worked here for over 12 years and they exemplify the values they promote, day in and day out. You do not become one of the "Best Places to Work" for 10 years running by accident. It shows through the customer service, the environment and the employees. They truly care about their community, their customers and their employees.

  I've been dealing with as customer for 25 years, trained at there cavalier site multiple times and have done my best to ensure trane equipment was installed in my place of employment, the technical service, the sales inside and out is far beyond any other company in this area, I receive support like I'm dealing with a family member. There service dept. Along with the technical support along with on site visits when I need to call them in for commercial repairs is beyond any other HVAC co. In the area, the technicians are the most trained in Hampton roads and pass on there knowledge which is hard to find in this time. As for the owners they take care of there team like family. I have met all of them and there the most descent people you could ever imagine. Asking if they can make things better which makes me laugh do to the great job in all aspects. Damuth Trane is a top notch company with only the best employees or you won't last there long. Keep up the great job in all areas your doing.

  I'm so thankful to be part of this team! It's no wonder why they're voted Best Places to Work year after year! This is one of the best, if not THE BEST, places I've EVER worked! Everyone stays busy, but it's a fun place to work! It is a team environment that feels more like "family"! They offer great benefits & resources for their associates to continue to grow professionally. The company offers a great environment and qualities that are either rare or non-existent in most of today’s workplaces. It’s a relaxed and pleasant, yet professional, workplace. Everyone is very nice and helpful, always ready & willing to help you with anything they can. The Damuth management team really sets the bar high for honesty & integrity, and sharing tools and information with their associates (no, they don't call them "employees"). Everyone here works hard, but it is acknowledged and appreciated, and it really DOES reflect in your associates when you notice what they do and show appreciation for it. "Shared Values" demonstrates a commitment to trust, sharing and ethics - and it's not a slogan posted on a wall...they actually FOLLOW IT! Associates are provided with the tools and training needed to do their jobs, and are trusted to do their jobs without being micro-managed. And to top all of it, they offer one of the BEST benefit packages I’ve ever seen - complete with many types of insurance, education benefits, paid time off, flexible schedules, retirement, etc.!! I also really love how the company provides the opportunity to help our community – there are drives and campaigns company wide and by individual departments that benefit local charities and groups such as local homeless programs, school supply drives, health/wellness causes, senior & children's causes and much more!! I have a wonderful boss and great co-workers! It's a great place to be!! Even at the end of a super busy day, it’s really nice to leave work with a smile on my face, AND to look forward to coming to work each day!! What a great feeling to actually be excited about your job!!
