  I want to edit my original review. I have to say that the owner of Hiscox, Steve is an awesome guy and was SUPER apologetic and extremely helpful after a scheduling debacle kept us without a dryer for two weeks. He came and fixed the dryer himself, cleaned out the duct, and gave me some advice on how to keep it running longer and more efficiently. I am very appreciative that once he was aware of the problem, he fixed it ASAP; I also respect that he acknowledged and apologized the scheduling issue… AND now my dryer works and is so quiet!

  Could not fix my dryer. Came out 13 times in 8 months and the dryer would break within 1 weeks time. They supposedly have a 1 month labor 3 months parts warranty. Dryer was repaired by them 12/21 and broke again 12/25. Today they told me “Sorry there is nothing we can do”. Not a company I will ever do business with again. They are a certified repair company for Samsung but are not remotely on the same page with Samsung. Was told by a Samsung rep that all they needed to do was mark the unit “unrepairable”. Yet hiscox tells me “sorry that’s not something we can do”.

  We have been out many times on your dryer and have replaced everything in your dryer per Samsung. The last time out Samsung tech line said that ypu needed to make a video when it stopped and included a list of things that needed to be in the video. Out tech even asked the Samsung tech line about Deming it unrepairable even though we knew that was not something we could do and Samsung said no there is no way for us or even him to do that. If you habe taken the video that Samsung techline wanted hopefully someone at Samsung will figure out a way to mark it as unrepairable. But I can't do that anymore then I can change the color of the sky. I wish that I could. I also know that we did fix it everytime we came out and it would run for about 3 weeks most of the time before it would quit and so that long between it failing we have never seen it fail while we were there this makes repairs very difficult. That is why we came out and change parts not charging tpu for the time or the parts if it didn't fix it. I am not sure what els we can do at this point there are no parts left that haven't been changed to fix this problem. Either there is an outside problem causing the problem or the dryer truly is truly unrepairable which is why we have talked to Samsung so many times. It is Samsung that has to mark it unrepairable. I am still willing to work on if Samsung has something they want us to do but when we left they wanted a video from you any questions please call the office at 2197639623 and ask that the service manager to call you.

  Several emails confirming 12 to 4 appointment but on that day we received a call at 3:30 asking if we were available because several voice mails were left, not, about scheduled appointment. $314.00 later, did not fix washer and wanted us to spend $200+ for another part. Nope, lesson learned.
