  I called twice to get a price for a maintenance. Both times no one answered and there was no return phone call for either of my messages. Poor customer service.

  Hi Tyler, I'm sorry that you haven't had a response. We are in the office every day from 7 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. There is also an Answering Service that picks up after business hours and on weekends. This service may involve some wait time. Please let me know when you are calling so that I can address this with the service and or see if there is an issue with the phones.
