It was great! From the time I called, to the estimate with Brian, followed by the installation with Steven and Efron I was treated kindly, thoughtfully and professionally. BWR saved us thousands of dollars compared to 3 other companies recommendations. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. The other companies claim they know what their doing, but they clearly don't even have the knowledgeable or the right equipment and diagnostic gauges. The other companies just say to replace it all. Brandon and BWR diagnose the true issues and only fix what's needed. I have 50% more airflow, less energy being used and extended most of my equipment life by many years for thousands less. Save time and money. Call BWR.
