  They did a great job throughout the process of replacing our old, tired heating/air conditioning system. They walked us through the various options and associated costs/discounts. The upgraded installation proceeded as promised, and the units have performed flawlessly since. Strongly recommended!

  Our AC system was not cooling as well as it should and needed to be inspected and diagnosed. The person setting the appointment was friendly and helpful. Communication (text and email) leading up to the appointment was very good. Eli came and performed a detailed inspection and diagnostics. He was able to explain what the issue was and provided a detailed report with pictures to document the problem. I was very pleased with the service from Eli and Highway HVAC Services and will call on them in the future.
