  Darnell was very professional and courteous. He found the issue, fixed it and made sure he tested it repeatedly before he left. This was by far the best furnace repair experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough.

  Repairman overlooked the obvious problem in the furnace. Had a limit switch that was showing rusty condition from a leaking exhaust pipe. It was right in front of cabinet. He ignored the unit completely. Seem to me that they were more interest in putting in a new furnace than doing a simple repair.

  The installation of my new furnace was handled quickly and efficiently with the staff being quite knowledgeable and courteous. A couple of issues that came about were remedied with a quick response and completed to my satisfaction. I would not have a problem using them in the future. They are Good Neighbors!
