I had my air unit installed 2 summers ago, worked fine until this year when i turned it on and the fan doesn't move. I've been calling this place for a week now trying to get someone out to look at it, the lady answering the phone doesn't know what's going on in the company and shouldn't be answering phones for them, bad business! I've left several messages, nobody will return a call, more bad service. I would not use this place unless you don't care about Customer Service or a good reputation.
