Oscar came out for an emergency call on a Friday evening and assessed my heating situation. He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. He followed up promptly on Monday morning to schedule the install of the part I needed. By Tuesday morning I had my heat fully restored. Oscar went above and beyond in freezing temperatures, was professional and informative along every step of the process.
