  My heat pump went out. I called ET Ferrell and they had a technician at my house the next morning at 8am. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and got my unit working within an hour. Highly recommend this company!! Update: Heat pump went out again 3 weeks later on a Saturday night. Called at 7:30pm and the on call technican was here within an hour. Excellent service. Hand down the best HVAC company in the Goldsboro area.

  I had my heating furnace to mess up on one of the coldest days of the year, not to mention it was a Saturday and they came out that very day. So professional and respectful. They had my unit up and running within 40 minutes , had the parts on the truck and fixed it quickly. I am very grateful for the hard work and dedication from this family owned business.

  ET Ferrell has knowledgable and courteous staff-from the time you make a call, until the job is complete, you (as the customer) are treated with respect. The serviceman took time to explain and work through the problem effectively and efficiently. Great company-will continue to use and recommend!
