  Henson Robinson sent a text to let us know what time our technician was to arrive and also a picture of Carl which was nice to know who was coming to the house. Carl was very professional and answered a few questions we had, he told care of the problem in a timely manner. I certainly would recommend Henson Robinson and Carl for any issues that my arise.

  Woke up to a 58 degree home 830 AM and quickly found out the furnace wasn’t working. Call Henson Robinson because I have heard a lot of good things about them. Called was told a tech could be here around 930 AM. Tech was here a little after that after calling and tell me he was on his way. He had the problem identified and repaired in 10 minutes. Very happy! Thank you!!!

  Prompt scheduling of service call. Guys showed to do the job. Cleaned up their mess. Would use again. Installed washing machine hook up/water lines in basement and ductwork/vent for electric dryer. Had minor issue afterward. HR came back to rectify
