  So much for small town , Sweet Home, company with any pride! My sin, using a warranty company that H.Heating contracted with to install MY new heat pump...that even being only about 6 months installed will never catch up, once it hits low 80's!? Owner literally laughed when I tried to appeal to there workmanship and any semblance of doing the right thing...screw you...your on your own...in otherwords , we don't back up our work...a real Jekkle and Hyde experience!:( I'll for sure be checking other avenues as to how Oregon law flushes out here...as I've been flushed by this owner of Henson 's Heating, at this point. BEWARE.

  Henson is a lifesaver. Two months after moving into our new house, our HVAC unit stopped working. After calling a more local company and getting a quote for a total replacement, our home warranty company searched for one of their in-network providers. Henson was the only company willing to service the warranty claim with our warranty company, despite being over an hour drive away! I'm so glad they did. They came out and saw what needed to be replaced (the compressor) and then sent that information to the warranty company. The warranty company was terrible to work with, including sending wrong parts to Henson, but Henson did everything they could to get things fixed as quickly as possible for us. They were so kind, courteous, and communicative every step of the way. This was huge for us because our warranty company was not. I would 100% recommend using this company, and will happily use them in the future even for non-warranty related tasks. Thank you so much for getting our AC working this summer.

  I have American Home Shield.. Hensen was assigned to us.. way after they were at our house doing a survey on our heat pump. They sent us 3 quotes.. to fix it. I contacted AHS... And they assigned HENSON to us.. That has now, been a week ago today.. I called the following Monday.. the lady who answered the phone, said she didn't even know me! WTH??? I gave her the address, the quote number.. nothing.. Again I called AHS today.. they called Hensen today and got the answering service.. the heck?? My husband has health issues.. I have some myself and they'll just let us die up here.. awesome!!! Don't rely on these jackwagons!! I tried getting AHS to switch vendors, but because they got rhe answering service its not happening.. I seriously hope one of us doesn't die.. because if we do.. we will own you.. thank for nothing jackwagon!
